By registering, users allow the App to identify them and grant access to its services. Data collected directly includes email address, password, profile picture, username, approximate location, and Usage Data (collected automatically as the App is used).
Unless stated otherwise, data requested by the App is mandatory — without it, some services may not be available. Users are responsible for any third-party personal data they share through the App, and confirm they have that person's consent to do so.
Cookies or similar tracking tools, where used, serve to provide the Service and any other purpose described in this policy.
Appropriate security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. Processing may involve people in charge of administration, sales, marketing, legal or system administration, or external data processors such as hosting providers or IT companies.
Data may be processed on the basis of user consent, the performance of an agreement, a legal obligation, a public-interest task, or the Owner's legitimate interests.
Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and wherever the parties involved in processing are located, which may mean data is transferred outside your own country.
Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: until a contract is fully performed, for as long as a legitimate interest applies, or longer where consent or a legal obligation requires it. Once the retention period expires, data is deleted and related rights (access, erasure, rectification, portability) can no longer be exercised.
Data is collected to provide the App's services, in particular registration and authentication, which users complete by filling out the App's registration form.
Users may, at any time: withdraw consent, object to processing, access their data, request correction, restrict processing, request erasure, request data portability, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
Requests can be sent to the contact details above, free of charge, and will be addressed within one month.
Personal data may be used for legal purposes in court or in proceedings arising from improper use of the App, and may be disclosed upon request of public authorities.
For operation and maintenance, the App and any third-party services may collect system logs, including IP address, to record interactions with the App.
The App does not support "Do Not Track" browser requests. This policy may be updated at any time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision, and significant changes affecting consent-based processing will prompt a new consent request.
This policy has been prepared based on multiple legislations, including Art. 13/14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), and relates solely to this Application unless stated otherwise.
